Jafris & Steel Pvt Ltd. is a think tank of knowledge, are an international working team of general consulting Engineers, whose years of experience are represented by the projects successfully completed by them.
The organization has offices in many parts of the world with an average staff of over 50 engineers, supporting personnel. Projects Accomplish by the engineers of Jafris & Steel have included scoping, feasibility studies, planning, designing and technical supervision of construction of: airports and airfield facilities. Vajid H. Jafri
Chairman/Director/CEO
Vajid Jafri (Jafri) is the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Onriva. He founded Onriva in 2016 utilizing AI/Machine Learning, Conversational Voice Technologies and NDC (the new Broadband standard adopted by the Airline Industry to eliminate the frustration consumers face when buying travel online. Jafri has built 8 successful companies in travel, each introducing leading new technologies to advance the industry. From 2011 to 2016 Jafri was the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Mondee.com, he raised over $200 million in funding and built the world’s largest airline ticket consolidator with over $4.5 Billion USD in annual sales. Jafri holds a patent for the first Internet booking engine, and has recently received three patents for the Onriva Platform. Jafri holds a Masters in Engineering from Stanford University California USA and BS in Engineering from University of Engineering and Technology, Pakistan.
Khalid H. Jafri
Director/COO
Khalid has constructed a multi-story Commercial-come-Residential Project which is in its final phase of finishing. He worked for Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) from 1968 to 1977 where he served as the engineer in charge in for different projects including Distribution, M&T and Transmission.
Khalid graduated from Pakistan University of Engineering & Technology with a BSc in Electrical Engineering.
Sajid H. Jafri

He currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area where he has number of real estate investments.While working at Docunet in 1990, he was the key person responsible to develop the first stand alone ATM like machine complete with the supporting network to dispense airline and event tickets on demand in the USA. He holds the patents for this technology jointly with his brother Vajid. Sajid graduated from Pakistan University of Engineering & Technology with a BSc in Mechanical Engineering.
Hassan Abbas
Finance Planning and Strategic Alliances
Hassan is a talented and seasoned Global Commercial Banker(Vice President) with over 20 years of experience in financial services and financial technology platforms (FinTech). He brings a wealth of expertise from Bank of America, Citigroup, American Express and Carlson Wagonlit with particular strengths in areas such as debt/equity financing, treasury management, derivatives, FX hedging and special focus on credit card processing both on the acquiring and issuance side. Over $4.5 Billion annually is processed through his proprietary FinTech platforms. With an abundance of international payment processing experience, Hassan has a strong understanding of various markets throughout North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East to maximize financial arbitrage efficiencies. In addition to his executive career, Hassan serves as a trustee on the Daud Bandagi Kirmani Trust a non-profit foundation that feeds and educates underserved children in Pakistan. Hassan is also part of a think tank that focuses on artificial intelligence, machine learning, cognitive science and neural networks in collaboration with PARC Labs OnRiva Inc. He holds a BS in Finance/Management Information Systems from California State University San, Francisco, USA.
